Here’s what Line, who sat next to me at MICE, had to say about Flocks Ch. 1:
I’m starting a new thing called Grindstone Comics, which I am going to use to publish the remaining chapters of Flocks in FULL COLOR on a somewhat regular schedule. I’m aiming for four 32-page (plus cover) chapters within the year.
Taking pre-orders for Chapter 2 now! I’m also taking subscriptions for the next four issues!! Chapter 2 will be printed & shipped starting in December. Tell all your friends! Tell everyone you know!
Check out this week’s Gears ‘n’ Grub. Margot Restaurant in Washington Heights!!
If you’re in the neighborhood, their food is amazing. Best peas and rice I’ve ever had. Also the nicest waitress I’ve had in a long time.

Drew this while listening to Frank Santoro and Karl Stevens talk last week. Hopefully all the parties I drew will forgive my excessive liberty taking with their likenesses.
